PETER MORTON ACADEMY OF SELF DEFENCE

This style of self defence is a practical, non-competitive self defence, and a discipline that emphasizes mental, physical & emotional development.
Through ongoing training students should be able to find a new level of fitness, flexibility, coordination and endurance, as well as the skills to release & control negative emotions such as fear, anger & anxiety.
Students will also gain self-control, confidence & mental concentration.

MODERN SELF DEFENCE

Ginninderra PCYC is now offering a new self defence class that we are calling Modern Self Defence. The class has an emphasises on non violence & non resistance.  Moves include throws, locks and pins which will not damage limbs.  It does not involve striking or blocking.

Modern Self Defence will make you think faster, act quicker, all while helping you to become self aware and improving fitness and strength.
